The “Happiness in the Workplace” program series addresses these challenges by focusing on innovative learned and trained skills of employee well-being as a critical factor in creating a more productive workplace.

These workshops, led by our stress reduction, happiness and mindfulness experts, combine science-backed strategies with practical tools to help individuals and teams reduce stress, increase productivity, and enhance happiness.
During these workshops, participants will learn about the importance of well-being in the workplace, and how it can impact individual performance as well as team dynamics.
Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of common workplace stress sources, learn critical stress reduction well-being skills and learn how to manage challenging situations more effectively.
