Divided into three main sections: happiness, mindfulness, and sleep. Each section includes interactive presentations, engaging activities, and reflective exercises to create a dynamic learning experience.  (2 - 3 Hours) 


Happiness: In this section, we will explore the science of happiness and its impact on our well-being. We will discuss the role of various, practical well-being skills that cultivate happiness in our daily lives.


Mindfulness: A stress reduction practice and a critical skill for enhancing well-being has become increasingly popular in recent years, thanks to significant advancements in research that highlight numerous mental and physical health benefits. In this section, we will introduce mindfulness techniques and guide you through exercises to help you incorporate mindfulness into your life.


Sleep: Quality sleep is essential for our physical and mental health, yet many of us struggle to get enough quality rest. In this section, we will delve into the science of stress and sleep as well as provide science-backed tips for improving sleep by reducing stress.
